Are you looking for a good book to read? Is your child looking for a way to stay busy over Spring Break? Join us for Family Book Club Night on Wednesday, April 29th @ 6:30 p.m. Simply go to the Center Cass 66 District website, click on "Prairieview", and read more about this great school event! You can then print a registration form and send it in. Please note that registration has been extended. If you have any questions, email me! I just so happen to be on the committee!!

We had a wonderful time making our geospaces on Wednesday. Thank you to Mrs. Mitchell and Mrs. Barton for being our helpers. It was delightful, also, going to the historic Tivoli for Nanny McPhee. What a treasure that theater is; I'm so glad we got the opportunity to visit.

Enjoy the week off everyone; let's recharge our batteries and be ready to start up again in April.

Coming up this week:

Mrs. Klacza's Reading Class:

Spelling: Lesson 25: silent letters. Test on Thursday.

A lot of oohing and aahing will be going on as we watch a boy and girl try to rescue a baby panda from poachers in the Himalayan highlands of China. We will be starting a new novel The Night of the Twisters soon after. We will use many of the reading skills learned throughout the year with this novel.
