We have hit the ground running and are working hard in 2019. I hope
you all had a wonderful holiday break. We will be visiting the Shedd
Aquarium on Thursday! Please remember to send your child to school
with a sack lunch (throw-away.) It will be a blast; we are so lucky to
be able to attend this amazing museum for free!
Coming Up Next Week:
Spelling: The homework will be due on or before 1/18. The test will also be
on that day.
Reading & Language Arts: This week we will focus on choosing the best
animal teeth we could possibly have, researching about those teeth, and
writing/illustrating a story about our new teeth.
January reading logs went home on Monday. They will be due on or before
February 1.
Social Science: We will continue our new Science curriculum, “Amplify.”
Mrs. Klacza's Math Class: Unit 4 will continue. There will be a checkpoint
Quiz on time on Tuesday. We’ll also cover measurement.
