We’ll be testing PARCC ELA this coming week. Please make sure your
child gets a good night’s sleep, a healthy breakfast, and a good snack!
Most importantly: Chromebooks will need to be fully charged every night
and earphones should be brought to school daily! A mouse is also an excellent
tool for PARCC tests.

Spelling: Spelling menu homework is due Friday and the test will also
be on that day.
Reading & Language Arts: We’ll continue reading The One and Only Ivan.
As we read, we’ll discuss and work in an Ivan packet as well.
A new reading log for April has gone home. Turn in day will be May 1.
Social Science: We’ll be continuing our Chicago unit this week. This coming
week we’ll be working on our Chicago brochures. Each child
week we’ll be working on our Chicago brochures. Each child
will research a fun place to visit in Chicago and create a travel
brochure.
Mrs. Klacza's Math Class: We’ve finished the PARCC math tests!! Back
to business as we begin Unit 7 on extending multiplication and fractions.
