Monday is Veterans’ Day and here at PV we have a wonderful assembly
honoring our own veterans (those who have a connection to our Panthers.)
Please contact the office if you are or know a veteran who would like
to join us on Monday.
Tuesday we will be visiting the Oak Trace Senior Living facility. I’m
hoping for a wonderful day! Our Downers Grove trip is on 11/21.
November is a busy month!!
Coming Up Next Week:
Spelling: New spelling words and a new menu will be coming home on
Monday. The due date is 11/22.
Reading & Language Arts: We’ll continue our Myths unit this week.
We’ll also be making veterans cards!
November reading logs are now in your possession. They are due back
on or before December 1.
Social Science: We will be doing a unit on modern day Downers Grove!
Mrs. Klacza's Math Class: Our pretest (study guide) will be
checked carefully on Tuesday. The Unit 3 final test will be on
Wednesday,
Important Dates:
11/12 - Senior Center Visit (permission slips coming soon!)
11/21 - Downers Grove Field Trip (with Mandru’s class)
11/27-11/29 - Days off for Thanksgiving
